We were walking by the lake, and i looked up at the sky and saw them....
The girl was white, seemed young and her long wavy hair blew with the winds, she was holding onto a long white scarf, tugging at it. He sat opposite her, young man,and the dark night outlines his longish black hair.He leaned towards her tugging the white scarf, fighting the winds.
I could feel their voices, two lovers being torn apart, held together by a thin string of memories.
My companion joined my sight, she avered that the two figures were seated on a magic flying carpet, and i profess i soon began to see the clear demarcation of the tassels floating.
We began to walk against the winds, as the breeze drifted the carpet, and the two lovers to a place of eternal elysium.

Good point Rashi!
Abh the real question is ki woh log aarahe the ya jaa rahe the? :D
bottomline is you were openly ogling at some couple...sheesh, talk about invasion of privacy...:p
ROFL@anon!!!
I can understand the post was written with a lot of emosion and pheeling. Now two questions:
1. Are you sure you saw the above mentioned figurines and not some streetlight in the backdrop of a cloud illuminated by a full moon (purnima)?
2. How tall was that girl?
hmm... why would clouds have to be lovers... why couldn't it be mother-son being seperated by a calamity and instead of a carpet those were flames.. burning down the house..
like rashi said.. you see what you want ;)
Have you read Meghduta by Kalidas ?
Purvamegha: A certain Yaksha, condemned to banishment for neglect of his duty by his master Kubera, the god of wealth, takes up his abode in Ramagiri in the Vindhya mountains. After spending there eight months in lonely solitude, he sees one day a cloud, huge as an elephant, resting on the peak of the mountain. Knowing that the cloud in its northward course would be visiting Alaka, his home, the love-blinded Yaksha resolves to make the cloud his messenger. Hence the title Meghaduta.
Purnima.. you should join an advertising agency rather than a investment bank.. you are quite creative.. these banking jobs are quite boring
u always seem to talk about things being torn apart...cheer up a little. talk about people / entities coming together rather than moving apart.
talk about mergers and acquisistions and not about sell offs and spin offs...
mereko kuch samjha nahi ... !@#$%^&
hey P, howr you?
Poetic justice eh?! :))
BTW yeah it has been ages I blogged and blog-hopped the last time. Not that I didn't visit your blog even once though. Just that I didn't have words good enough to match the brilliance of thoughts in your posts. (I am lost for words even now... hence this divergence to the topic you see. I am about everything but about the post. Duh!)
How have you been dudette?
Nothing like nature and love together.
